Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Memphis, TN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are in network for many plans, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. For most network insurance plans, there is a small additional fee for out of network dentists. We will assist you in understanding the differences and help file all necessary paperwork for your plan. You will find that the service we provide is worth coming to Audubon Dental Group even if we are out of network for your plan. Of course, we accept checks, cash or credit cards, but we also offer a flexible payment plans with CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Payment Options
Audubon Dental Group believes that every patient should know what treatment has been recommended, what alternative treatments are available, and what the expense will be. We will make every effort to find a financial option that is best for you. Audubon Dental Group does not believe that you should trade a dental problem for a financial problem.
We offer a prepayment option for reduced fees, payment as service is rendered, monthly payments for extended treatments, automatic check withdraw for extended payments, or zero percent financing for qualified patients up to 12 months.
